We provide customer support for vacuum equipment and devices. This support provides ULVAC customers with maintenance and parts supply in Japan. ULVAC TECHNO's customer support business includes vacuum equipment repair, vacuum equipment relocation, installation, vacuum equipment improvement / modification, parts sales, parts recycling / cleaning, surface treatment, and used equipment sales. In order to efficiently provide these to customers, there are 27 locations in Japan where service engineers reside*1, 330 service engineers*2 working 24x7 as required.
