AxTRAN Extremely High Vacuum
Gauge
AxTRAN is an extremely high vacuum
gauge developed by ULVAC that uses an energy analyzer to completely
separate the ion source and ion collector. This structure
lets AxTRAN separate and measure noise current generated inside/outside
the gauge, and gas ion current dependent on the pressure generated
in the ion source. It enables highly quantifiable pressure
measurements in a wide pressure range (10-2 to
10-11 Pa).
Features
- Wide pressure range
(0.5 x 10-10 to 1 x 10-2 Pa)
- Two independent set points
- Easy-to-read LED with 3-digit mantissa display
- Enables remote I/O, digital output (BCD) and
RS-232C/485 communication (option).
Applications
- Pressure measurements for high-energy accelerators
and other vacuum systems
- Pressure measurements for ultra-high and extremely
high vacuum systems
