Ion Pump Control
GST-05L is an improved, easier-to-use
version of ULVAC's GST-03L sputter ion pump control which
offered high functionality and reliability as a result of
the wealth of technological expertise and the successful sales
record ULVAC has acquired in the field of ultra-high vacuums.

Comes with CPU, enabling multifunctionality.
One unit can control all sputter ion pumps (PST series).
- Communication devices are provided
standard.
External communication control functions
are provided standard, enabling remote control and automated
operation.
- CE Mark-certified
- Output voltage is ±3.5 to
7.5 kV DC, with variable polarity and set voltage.
- Three meters display voltage, current and
pressure simultaneously. Can measure and display currents
as low as 0.1 μA. Pa or mbar units can be selected
for pressure display.
