Variable Atmosphere Rapid Heating/Cooling
System
VHC Series
Features
- Enhanced version of QHC series, consisting
of an infrared gold image furnace, a digital program temperature
controller, a quartz glass chamber, and a gas controller
for three gas lines with purge meters and a rotary type
vacuum pumping system.
- Combination of a gas cooling unit with three gas lines
and vacuum pumping system permit a wid variety of gas quenching
and annealing in a clean environment.
